Shipping and Returns
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Please note that Magnetic Window Shades and some fly screens may require a lead time of 4-6 weeks due to custom production. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 4-6 weeks of your order, feel free to follow up with us at hello@topgear2go.com.au.

At Top Gear 2 Go, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please get in touch within 10 working days of delivery.
To help us sort it out quickly, please send us:
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos
- a video if needed
Once our team has checked everything and approved the claim, we will let you know the next steps for a return, replacement, or refund.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving approval.
We will only provide a prepaid return label if:
- the item arrived damaged, or
- we sent the wrong item
If an exchange is approved, our team will organise it as quickly as possible and will keep you updated throughout the process.
Change of mind or wrong size ordered
We understand that sometimes plans change or the wrong size gets ordered.
We accept change of mind returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us with:

photos or videos showing the item’s condition

a quick explanation of why you would like to return it
To be eligible, the product must be:

unused
-
in original condition
-
in the original packaging
For approved change of mind returns, we will refund the order value minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
When refunds do not apply
We are not able to offer a refund, repair, or replacement if a product has been:
- misused
- mishandled
- installed incorrectly
Please make sure you follow all instructions, fitment guides, and product information before installing or using your item. This includes checking that the product is suitable for your vehicle before purchase and installation.
